• Want to live in a single - family home, in a great community with quality schools
• Are a first time homebuyer who's cautious about buying a home now, but may want to buy in the future
• Are not mortgage ready

Minimum Requirements Include

• Annual Household Income Greater Than 45k
• Credit Score Minimum 620
• Contract To Close Time is 45 Days

Minimum Credit Requirement:

We have certain minimum criteria for our program. Your household must have an annual income of $45,000 and be seeking to pay a rental amount of $1500 a month. You must have stable employment. We cannot accept you into our program if you or anyone in your household has a history of eviction or a pending bankruptcy. Everyone in your household will be subject to a background check.
